Texas State Aquarium

There’s something fishy going on in Corpus Christi….

…and lots of other creatures too.

The H-E-B Caribbean Sea Shark Exhibit combines a thrilling look at the ocean’s most infamous predators with the experience of diving a real-life Caribbean shipwreck, all without having to actually get wet. An overlook in the jungle level gives guests their first look at the reef sharks swimming below the surface, a sight that’s terrified and mystified ocean explorers for generations.

The Coral Reef Exhibit brings the unparalleled beauty of the Caribbean’s coral reefs to South Texas. Replicating the features of the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef off the coast of the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve, the Coral Reef exhibit gives an immersive look at these incredible ecosystems and the colorful fish that call them home.

Stingray Lagoon is an interactive exhibit. With daily opportunities to not only touch, but hand feed more than 30 stingrays! Stingray Lagoon’s 10,000 gallons of seawater is home to over 30 rays representing the Southern, Atlantic, and Cownose species. All three species of rays are indigenous to the Gulf of Mexico.

And Lot Lots more…Birds, Otters, Alligators, an Aquatic Nursery and of course: Dolphins!!
