Daily Rentals: Deposit Policy
Reservations require the first night’s rental at the time of booking with the remaining balance due upon check-in.
Long Term 30 Day Rentals: Deposit Policy
Reservations require a deposit of $500.00 at the time of booking with the remaining balance for the 1st 30 day period due 30 days prior to check-in. You may pay the balance for your entire stay at this time, or pay each 30 day’s rent no later than the 1st day of each subsequent 30 day period. For 30 day rentals only, payment by cash or check is preferred. * Long Term reservations MUST be made by telephone. Call 361-749-5183 or 1-800-662-8907.
Date Change Policy:
You may change your reservation once prior to the 7 day cancellation period without being charged a fee. However, you will not be able to receive any portion of your deposit back should you decide to cancel your reservation at a later time. The date must be within 1 year of the original arrival date. Regardless of the number of times dates are changed, the reservation must be used within one year of the arrival date.
Daily rentals must be canceled seven (7) days prior to arrival date for a deposit refund minus the Non-Refundable booking fee. Reservations canceled after 7 days will forfeit first night’s deposit. Long term 30 day reservations must be canceled at least sixty (60) days in advance for a refund of deposit minus the Non-Refundable booking fee. Long term 30 day reservation cancellations made past sixty (60) days will result in forfeiture of deposit.
