We are the Premier Resort on Mustang Island! Located 10 miles from Port Aransas and 6 miles from Padre Island, we are in the perfect location for a fun filled vacation. With luxurious condominiums, 3 lagoon style pools and a hot tub, you will soon understand why The Mayan Princess is called the Jewel of Mustang Island.   

All of our condo units either have a magnificent view of the pools or the Gulf of Mexico.... most have BOTH!

Just a few steps down our board walk and you have access to 27 miles of un-spoiled beach. Fish, Swim, or just lay out in the sun and enjoy the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico!

Port Aransas is loaded with fun things to do for the whole family - Deep sea fishing, shopping galore, restaurants, bars, night life, live music, dolphin watching, birding, and much more!  A short 10 minute drive takes you to Port Aransas and the new Arnold Palmer designed golf course.

Corpus Christi, which is only a short drive from The Mayan Princess, offers a multitude of things to do for the entire family. The Texas State Aquarium & The USS Lexington are among the cities most popular attractions!
